PAYMENT and Cancellation

A monthly payment is charged at the date of your choice and will continue monthly on your chosen date. Each month you will receive a prepaid service under your name, available for you to redeem for a massage or facial service. The monthly payment program gives you the flexibility to continue for as many months as you wish without any long term commitments. Cancellations require just 30 days written notice any time after your first 90 days of membership. One last debit will be made during the next 90 days. Cancellation forms are available at Massage Bliss. You may cancel your appointment without charge anytime before 24 hours. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled services, you will be charged 50% of your appointment cost. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or you do not show up for you appointment, you will be charged the full price for scheduled services to the credit card on file.
